There’s no specific time frame guarantee

Every dog goes to the vet to get their health inspected before they are given to any new owners permanently.

We typically allow up to 7 days for you to have your veterinary specialist verify the dog is healthy, but if there is some other legitimate reason to exchange the dog for another, we may be able to work out a solution on a case to case basis.

We are looking into services such as Klarna, and Foursquare to allow customers to make split payments.
